SirKit’s family reunion, at least for the adults in the family, is supposed to be NEXT weekend in Perdido Key. We’re watching to see if Ike is gonna delay that gathering.

Hey, glad to hear it’s going pretty well! I guess I should have come over already, huh? :-\ Kind of late to dump stuff on you...maybe I’ll just do the slower route on Craigslist.
I’m still planning to go to that bluegrass festival for a bit, but it’s hard to get motivated when it’s cold, I’m also wondering if I should leave Cisco indoors when I go so he doesn’t make a nuisance of himself, hollering at garage sale goers. At least this festival is close — just down past the hardware store, practically — so I can run back and check on him and grab dinner at home (I are a cheapskate) if I do leave him in.
Cisco’s not really a problem if he’s out...

Evening, Hope the garage sale is going as planned. I thought Ramius mentioned he reloaded .38/.357, guess that was a while ago. Got some powder and primers set aside for me at the local gunshop. He’s selling out and closing up the shop. There isn’t much hope for the family gunshop these days. Soon it’s going to be WallyWorld and the big box stores.
Just finished dinner, home-made Tomato soup with our own tomatoes. MMMM.good.
Nice drizzle, guess the lawn will wait.

OB is hiding his light under a bushel! Actually, HE made the tomato soup, from chopping the tomatoes to using the sieve, with minimal assistance from me. It was excellent, and I really appreciated his effort.

We had a good garage sale day! Sold a lot of stuff, still have a lot left that I hope goes tomorrow, but we made about $400 and change. :~)
