My books were fairly traditional English children books which I doubt many Americans will have heard of it but here goes some may have.

Blueberry Farm
Millie Molly Mandy
Enid Blyton books including famous five and various other series
Chalet School books
Willie the Pooh
Now we are six

In addition I had a lot of bible story books plus some of my mum's book including Orlando the marmalade cat (my favourite).

I was a big Winnie the Pooh fan when I was about 4 or 5, but he's not a year old yet, so I thought I could read him that when he gets older. I almost considered finding something like the old Paddington Bear shows (I don't remember that ever being derived from a book). :)
