They don’t have an understanding of these animals and don’t know why they’re headed north. But, one thing for sure................. “they signal yet another change in the oceans brought on by global warming”

When you’re stuck with lemons, make lemonade.
When you’re stuck with squid, make calamari!

Just 10 years ago the waters off of WA were quite warm and sunfish washed ashore, marlins sighted. This was blamed on La Nina. Now it’s global warming? I’m confused.

More hysterical Global Warming propaganda. The water temperatures off the northwest U.S. are COLDER than normal for this time of year.

1)
"The jumbo squid now lurking off the Pacific Northwest coast could threaten salmon runs and signal yet another change in the oceans brought on by global warming." 2) "No one knows why they started appearing in increasing numbers off Washington state and Oregon or how many there are.
Well... if no one knows then why the heck did the author blame it on global warming-bulls%$t?

The fact this is happening in both hemispheres could be a sign it is tied in with global warming, Field said.Wow, what stunning scientific insight!

If they eat sea lions or sea lions eat them, maybe it’s not a bad thing.

A couple of those and you can have a great bbq. Just find a way for McDonalds to make a new sandwich out of it and problem solved.

Maybe we can train the sea lions to eat the squid instead of the Salmon!! Get Al Gore on that right away, will ya?

The fact this is happening in both hemispheres could be a sign it is tied in with global warming, Field said. We are trying to piece this all together.
Or maybe it doesn’t have any thing do with “global warming”.
Maybe there are more squid around as part of a natural cycle that we don’t yet understand.

While horse riding on an Oregon beach we spotted the torpedo shaped body of one of these squid. The body was about three feet long but there were no arms. There was however, a trail in the sand made by the legs as they crawled away. They made it about 150 feet. We found four of them like that that day. Interesting, eerie and funny all at the same time.
Interesting article till the global warming jackass raised its evil saliva dripping head from the sea.
