Murphy Campaign levels severe criticism at Chris Myers for his $500 donation to liberal Senator Frank Lautenberg
My first comments in criticizing one of my opponents in this race were, Chris Myers has some explaining to do for his retention of Tom Blakely (rest his soul) and Jamestown Associates. This for the involvement of Jamestown with Allen Raymond and his infamous book titled, How to Rig an Election.
Today, I ask Chris Myers again to explain his judgment and decision making skills, or lack thereof, to the voters of the 3rd district. There has to be a reason why Mr. Myers, a self described conservative Republican, donated $500 to liberal Senator Frank Lautenberg. Mr. Myers explanation as to why he donated to Lautenberg last year, ostensibly because of Lautenbergs support for Israel, requires the suspension of disbelief, to quote another well-known liberal senator from the Northeast.
Something tells me Mr. Myers does not want this information made public. Rightfully so, it is embarrassing for him.
Chris has demonstrated a severe lack of prudent judgment skills. Trust comes to mind. Can the base of our party be comfortable with a congressional candidate who donates to one of the most left-wing U.S. Senators? There are many ways to show support for the state of Israel. A Republican, seeking his partys nomination, should be held to a standard of trustworthy when deciding on a method to show support for one of the best Allies America has.
I can promise the Republican voters of the 3rd district the following: You will never see a Federal Election Commission report showing that Justin Murphy donated to Frank Lautenbergs re-election campaign.

I find it very creepy that this guy, Tom Blakely, died right after this book came out.
Excerpt:
On Monday, Chris Myers, a GOP candidate in New Jerseys Third Congressional District, announced his campaign would no longer use Tom Blakely and Jamestown Associates, the consulting firm he leads, after they were impugned by the tell-all book, How to Rig an Election: Confessions of a Republican Operative.
“Jamestown helped us achieve a 10 point victory over an 18 year incumbent in a three-way primary, Harris campaign manager Chris Meekins told PolitickerMD.com. The odds of winning were minuscule and because of their strategy we won.”

That alone should send him to the winner's circle!!!

LOL! AND Murphy has a sense of humor!
Meanwhile, Chris Myers sounds like one of them thar new fangled reach-across-the-isle-we-are-all-friends-elitist republicans.
What makes even less sense, Chris Myers is columned with Frank Lautenberg’s OPPONENT.
So he is running with someone who he donated against.
::shakes head::
I found this interesting too.
This Jamestown Associates that was fingered for rigging elections seems to have a relationship with that group, Freedom Watch

“The controversial ads are the handiwork of Jamestown Associates, whose client list also includes the Republican Jewish Council [sic] and Benjamin Netanyahu, leader of Israel’s Likud Party,” David McKee wrote September 13, 2007, for Las Vegas CityLife.[36] Freedom’s Watch funder Sheldon Adelson’s “Israeli newspaper, the free daily Yisrael Hayom, launched [in August 2007], is perceived in media circles as a mouthpiece for Netanyahu. And five board members of the Republican Jewish Council [sic] — including Adelson, Fleischer, (Lewis) Libby Legal Defense Trust chair Mel Sembler — turn up in the directorate or on the donor roll of Freedom’s Watch,” McKee wrote.
This must be one interesting book:
