H i everyone. Yesterday we were back in the ER for another 6 hours with the result that my mother was admitted at midnight. The concern now is the wound. prairie, I think it's probably a stage 4. It's very inflamed, but the tests did not reveal an infection as yet, at least as I understand it...

She is something! She got a good dose of morphine for the pain, and it hardly phased her, except to make her speech a little slurred, and so she kept asking me the time, etc., meanwhile, I'm fading fast as it gets later and later, and wish I could sleep...

Bit, I saw your comments about Obama not moving more toward the center.

A couple of things I've read have referenced this also...

I think his earlier persona as a uniter, etc. was a nod in this direction, but he's dropped that lately, hasn't he?

The commentary I've read speculate that he's truly a man of the Left and just assumes that the "masses" will follow him & his ideas if only he can get thru to them....that they leave their "false consciousness" behind & admit their bitterness, etc.

Additionally, I heard Jonah Goldberg yesterday. He says Mickey Kaus has a site named: PivotWatch which has been waiting for Obama to pivot toward the middle, too. So far....not. I'm sure you can find this if you haven't already.

Now I must get going...lots to do, needless to say.
