Won't be long before I come back to my shack but first gotta get me a new window air conditioner, mine burned up. I use a 110 volt unit and heat my place with a electric heater and it runs me out of here as hot as it makes it.

I am increasing my walks every day and starting to do them twice a day, my tummy hurts each time around the operation cut but gotta keep it up, I am tired of being ‘stoved’ up.
Take care with those walks - sounds like you are doing just fine. It takes time to heal after what you’ve been through. We are all smiling on the inside and outside to see you post a bit again.
Let me tell you just atad about me, retired Police Chief, Living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, my wife is deceased and I am just trudging alone,
