I will fully support this on *TWO* conditions.
1) Full Disclosure of all malpractice,iatrogenic incidents, and hospital-borne infections for all doctors, clinics, practitioners, and hospitals
2) Allowing patients to seek treatment at an out-of-network facility at in-network rates, *IF* the prevalence of incidents above at the in-network provider is above some LOW threshold level ("if it saves just ONE child, it's worth it!")
And in they institute *this* program for workers at hospitals and insurance companies, I heartily approve.
