Here's an incident on light rail. I wasn't paying much attention, at the stop before my exit I was aware that someone had just boarded and sat down near me. The car was virtually empty. After we left that stop and headed for my exit I got up to stand at the door.

The black lady who had sat near me exclained, "You didn't have to move!"

Well, I was honestly somewhat shocked -- it was in the mid-1990s thirty years after the "civil rights" revolution and it was in California! -- I of course explained that my exit was the next stop.

How right you are! It’s the first thing I thought of when it happened. Steve Doocy was so mad he talked “over” Chris Wallace to get his point made. Wallace would like nothing better than to have Obama for an interview. So would Bill O’Reilly and he hints at such every night on his program.

Didn't Wallace start it off, by claiming he watched the entire 2 hours of the show and was troubled by them not using the entire clip from the interview? Doocy immediately came back with stating that they had indeed played the entire clip several times, then Wallace says that maybe he hadn't heard every minute of the show. But he just couldn't bring himself to say, 'sorry' or 'I stand corrected'.

Wallace came off as a pompous jerk; I e-mailed F&F earlier today regarding Wallace's erronious accusations, and praised Steve's, Gretchen's and Brian's professionality in the handling of a co-worker that couldn't step back and apologize to them. I hope others will e-mail also. I'd like to hear Wallace apologize (something other than 'If I offended you...)on-air, to the hosts and the audience-won't hold my breath, though.

Yes. Wallace lied at first, then had to admit that he was tuning in and tuning out and that “every time he tuned in they were “bashing Obama”. I have every word on videotape.

Pretty much accurate. But imagine if any white republican candidate for any office said "typical black person" in any context. The media would eat them for lunch and they would be bannished within hours.
