Patch to emacs!! Wow. I haven’t used emacs in 25 years. Last time was on a Dec 20.

I’m still on Tiger. I did a finder search and it is not found.

Is this why so many people are psyched on Leopard?/s

Emacs is an excellent text editor for UNIX and is included in the optional Unix tools that are shipped with every OSX installation. You might notice there are patches for X11 and not every OSX install has that either. Apple will provide updates for everything in the package... installed or not. If you don't have it installed, the software update will skip it until you do.
