Sheriff Whipple told AP investigators planned to present their report to the county attorney who would determine whether any charges should be filed against the woman’s boyfriend.
Sure, she sits on the throne for two years and HE get’s sent down the tube, what a load of crap.
Poor guy probably hasn’t been able to poop for two years!!
