TTVA, I am amazed at the young women you see at the Obama rallies........they look like they are at a rock concert....unreal.

Molly, thanks for the links....those are very good articles.....hopefully we will see more and more articles in the press about where Obama stands on the issues. Hopefully that will open a lot of folk’s eyes to the real Obama!!

GOOD A.M. ALL, LYSIE FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, WITH NEW ILLNESS UPDATE FROM THE NO HOSPITAL YESTERDAY!!!!

Spent several hours at Oshners hospital yesterday with some not so good of a health report. Immediate operation needed but must get blood stable. Major tummy surgery to correct several things and it is a dangerous operation. Needless to day, prayers are needed on my behalf and gotta tell you, a little concerned myself, change that to ‘lot of’ concern. I have to have it done right away and seems like I will go in next week if the blood can be stabilized. It is not good but I have faith, a must. I just asked all to keep me close in your prayers,

I saw where the Senate passed the Global Poverty Act of 2007....one of my senators was for it.....Senator Lugar, so I would bet that both Hoosier Senators voted for it.

Hey! They moved the classes to the hotel, which is good, but last night I started feeling really bad, like I was getting strep throat. When I woke up this morning my throat was on fire and it felt like I was getting pneumonia.

So I went to a a CVS Minute Clinic and guess what??? Influenza B with a fever of 102.8!!! They send you to the hospital for 103 and above, I found out ;-))

I never had Influenza before, that's why I confused it with strep, but i have my meds now and am in bed. But I will miss today and tomorrow's classes and I am still contagious, so I think I am just gonna drive back home early tomorrow...can't believe how fast this thing took over and set in...:-((

I stopped at our neighborhood bakery - oh it is good! - awhile ago, and a number of women only were in line...

After a few minutes, one of them spoke up "Notice all us gals standing in line to get some goodie for our loved ones? I wonder where the guys are??"

We all laughed, then someone asked hopefully, "Maybe they're at the jewelry store!?" More laughter....

a theological question for you when you can...

I heard someone say the other day, that we are judged corporately by God rather then judged individually.

This runs counter to my understanding , but I'd appreciate your thoughts... Thanks, Jemian.
