My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Sorry, I got some sleep today.....maybe for your afternoon naps.
Well, Kathy, glad to hear you actually got some sleep, bout time. I slept late myself. No nap today, none all week and I have been a real night hawk, not online, just watching tv and staring into space. Have to keep up my reputation about being an airhead. ;0)

WELL, and I have to sit in my rocket room alone without any firepower, guess I just have to get good and pissed, they better watch out then, a flying cast iron skillet is an airborne weapon.

......a flying cast iron skillet is an airborne weapon. and a good one at that. I have been chased by a very angry woman weilding one of those. Good thing for me that she didn't catch me. It was all a misunderstanding about a sailor dating her daughter.

Food, water, medical gear, gas masks, and the like. Usually what we would have put in a bomb shelter. They are hit by rockets all the time, so their shelter is simply called a ‘rocket room’

Jealousy, sheer jealousy is all. They are angry either because their not us, and want to be, or mad because we are not paying them the attention they want!
