Wasn't even personally around till the 50's.......

But since you persohally experienced that record low......and I'm guessing Vanderbilt is in the upper peninsula of Michigan where no one actually lives, on the other side of the lake, North of Lambeau Field...........you might want to think about that..........

but yesterday, in that hot, ugly, flat place you live in, you elected John freakin McCain. Now that's the second deep stain on the dopey blue haired Floriduh residents in the past 7 years.

Well....the third considering you always get whoooped by Michigan in football.

Facts remain stubborn things and evidently beyond your ability to comprehend. It was you who claimed (and I quote): if it ever actually became -45° here (and it's never been close).

Now you write, yesterday, in that hot, ugly, flat place you live in, you elected John freakin McCain.

The primary was Tuesday, not "yesterday." Did Wednesday decide not to visit your dying state?

Additionally, Florida did not "elect" McCain. He won a primary, most likely due to the extreme number of Michigan escapees who came here to escape the ice, rust, decaying houses and flying bullets.

Good grief, your condition continues to deteriorate. Vanderbilt, site of the RECORD COLD temperature (-51) for Michigan is not "in the upper peninsula of Michigan" nor is it "on the other side of the lake."

You do live* there, don't you?

or have you joined the millions who have left tundraland for more hospitable climes?

*if surviving the snowplows and bullets can be called "living."
