Records are quite the foil to your silly theoryYou said it!
NCAA BCS Past Champions
2007 LSU 38, Ohio State 24
BCS Bowl 2006 Florida 41, Ohio State 14
BCS Bowl 2005 Texas 41, USC 38
Rose Bowl 2004 USC 55, Oklahoma 19
Orange Bowl 2003 LSU 21, Oklahoma 14
Sugar Bowl 2002 Ohio State 31, Miami, Fl 24
Fiesta Bowl 2001 Miami, Fl. 37, Nebraska 14
Rose Bowl 2000 Oklahoma 13, Florida State 2
Orange Bowl 1999 Florida State 46, Va Tech 29
Sugar Bowl 1998 Tennessee 23, Florida State 16
Funny how the SEC in the last 10 years has produced four BCS Champs. The less than mighty "big" 10 has produced one BCS Champion (and it wasn't the Michigan Molasses). :>)

The Beavers always win....never forget that, Darks! :P
To: catpuppy; Lakeshark
Well, it wasn't real purdy but a win is a win... LSU has a bye this week then its off to the swamp... I'm not sure a bye is a good thing for LSU at this point, I'm thinking they can use all the playing time they can get. Maybe Florida will win this week, get over losing to Ole Miss and not be trying to prove sumpin against LSU. LOL What about that Ole Miss win Yeaaaaah!
catpuppy, I'm sorry about the Dawgs. If they'd played the first half like they played the second the score might have been different.
Lakeshark, Big Blue hung in there and finally won it. Congratulations.

Not always.
Like old soldiers and retired hunting dogs, Beavers can grow old and worn too.
Then they get cranky, and move slower.
And then they get eaten by bears and eagles.

Thanks but don't feel sorry for the dogs. They were beaten by a better team. That's the beauty of the SEC. Lots of good teams and any one is capable of making a game out of what is advertised as a walkover. As for the "big" 10, challenged as it is by both math and football, it still can be entertaining if one likes slow-motion football. I've seen faster teams in chess matches. Are you sure that Michigan is not BIG GLUE?

Hey, now. I like those numbers They are rather nice. You might have to explain them to our local "big" 10 pom-pom boy, numbers being difficult to those whose conference thinks that 6+5=10.

Please hold the giggles while I dive out of a window in recognition of the DOW’s performance today. :>(

That’s only because the whiners on Wall Street had a tantrum that they aren’t getting their golden parachutes today and actually have to -ack- succeed instead of harvest from failure.
