Did she stick around long enough to finish the song? (remember her poor broadway attendance?)LOL--that's a good question. The tape (mercifully) ended her singing about halfway through the song.
She was probably distracted by something before she could finish it anyway :)

I don’t think she’s done a great job on anything but there are glimpses of her singing talent.You mean Kristy Lee? I think her main problem is not her voice, but her absolute total lack of performance skills. I think you're right. Her lack of experience shows compared to some of this year's ringers.

Oh last years crop was the worst!! Had it not been for the thread I wouldn’t have watched. Couldn't agree more!
It's a fine testament to SJ though that his welcoming, comfortable and funny thread can make even a bad season of AI worth watching. :)

I’m totally appalled that Amanda was voted off. Kristy and a few others are far more less talented IMO.

Yeah...but she can't SING!Granted, her voice is rough and untrained, but she brought some individuality and spunk to this year's group. That's what I like about her.

Did you see her at some awards show when she broke down? It was really sweet. She got a standing O. I’m sure someone around here knows what I am talking aboutI saw that. That was when she was was singing about her mom. It made me cry.
