Or for that matter, seeing naked men and women parading down the streets of Amsterdam for gay pride weekend - charmers actually plastered themselves to our limo windows
Or going to a park in Amsterdam - tulip checking field trip - and being surrounded by naked people wearing fake fruit to cover a few body parts.

They’re in love, they say. He certainly seems to be. Enjoys her company, spends time with her.

12 hours, that’s a long flight, he must have been bored stiff.
In the early 80’s, a wonderful woman in the church I was attending -aged about 74 I believe, was married to a widowed Jamaican, aged 78. They were both faithful servants who had attended for years. The church, seating about 400, was packed to the rafters for the wedding. I remember the wedding to this day, because the church was not air-conditioned- only fans and windows, and it was a hot, muggy, New Jersey summer Saturday.
They went for their honeymoon to the Poconos - one of those rooms with the heart shaped heart tubs.
The first Sunday back, they proudly displayed a trophy they won- for being the honeymooner couple who got to breakfast the latest!
Not to mention the stiffness in his...muscles.
My “Mama” at church met her beloved Poppy at the wedding of her son and his daughter. He asked her to marry him, i think that very day. They were married 4 months later. He was about 84 and she was 74
They were married 8 blissful years, during which I met them.
Poppy was the greatest. Mama is the greatest too. The whole church mourned when Poppy died 1 1/2 years ago. At his memorial service, someone related how she’d asked Mama what they were going to do on their honeymoon (meaning WHERE) and she said, in her sweet southern drawl “Well honey, we’ll do what everyone does on their honeymoon” Hoot!
Being Puerto Rican, he went to the Spanish SS, but just being apart from her that little bit, he always greeted her with a kiss, always. What a man!!! He was an inspiration to all who knew him.
