The two brothers injured in the Christmas Day tiger attack at the San Francisco Zoo have refused to let police examine photos on their cell phones that authorities believe were taken the day they were mauled and their friend was killed.

"We also understand that police officers requested permission from your clients to examine any images and other contents of the cell phone. Your clients refused to cooperate with this request; consequently, no one has yet examined this potentially critical evidence."

Hospitals have phones. Their friends who come to see them in the hospital have phones. Other people in the hospital have phones. They could’ve called if they were that close of friends.
There is no proof that there was a Fourth boy, there is no proof that the woman who said she saw four boys at the lion cage, was at the zoo at the same time as the known three boys. Actually I don't think there is any proof that the woman was at the zoo, cops have never mentioned her. It is all speculation!
I don't think that zoo ought to be open to the public until they make sure every animal in there is safe from PEOPLE. I am not very nice either, but thanks ..lmao!
I have met a quite a few like you while serving jury duty.
Cats are logical. They do things for no reason. The cat was well fed, so it was not hungry. The cat had never left it's pit before, nor was it know to have practiced attempting to escape the pit. The behavior of the cat after exiting the pit is not consistent with feeding, or in heat behavior. It was territorial defense behavior. The first person bitten was one a the Dewalis. Carlos intervened and the cat turned on him, then the 2 brothers ran away. They ran to the Cafe, where the zoo folks called 911 at 5:08. By 5:10 the zoo folks knew a tiger was out. The tiger followed the blood trail, as per territorial defensive behavior. It arrived at the Cafe, by ~5:26 and was shot at 5:27.
It was treated as a crime scene. Remember? That’s how the police came into possession of their car and cell phones.
Considering Geragos is not the sharpest, the creeps might not win anything.
IF there is a dumpster at the cafe like you claim, the odors would have to travel 300 yards to get to the tiger enclosure. That’s quite a distance to travel even if it was downwind.
True, I didn’t think of that.
Gee, why don’t those punks just trot down to the police station and retrieve their phones? Do you think the SFPD will just hand them over? What’s taking them so long?
Rosie O'Donnell
Did I say there was?
That would only apply if it was say, a bus ticket, and the bus crashed. Then they'd have to make up injuries. The key is that in order to have standing to sue, one must provide evidence of injury. Even in CA, folks can't sue on the grounds that something might have happened.

The boys, especially the older one, were roaring at them. He was taunting them," Miller told the newspaper.
Police talked to Miller on Wednesday, but were not able to corroborate reports that the victims taunted the tigers. They also could not substantiate Miller's claim that a fourth person was with the attack victims, or what effect the taunting she described might have had.
"I don't know if what they did was any more than what kindergartners do at the zoo every day," Inspector Valerie Matthews told the Chronicle.
So it seems that this is another story that does not hold water.
“People see stupid stunts like this on TV and just have to try them for themselves.”
Right. Like the woman who goes to the zoo daily to visit her full grown Lion who hugs her through the bars. So cute. There is a relationship there but if anything upsets the balance she will be news. DEAD. Big Cats are not domestic animals.
To be honest I never worked with any thing other then dogs, cats & smaller farm animals. I would think,( but I don’t know) had the tiger been in heat she wouldn’t have been on display. I don’t know about the meds. I think the tiger just had enough & did what a wild animal will do when its bothered...attack. If I was a tiger thats just what I would have done if a bunch of idiots were bugging me & I had enough.
