Thanks! I just wanted to be sure that there was no damage from the viral infection, and he confirmed that. So I figure that with losing weight and increasing exercise, I’ll get myself into even better shape, and I won’t have to be worrying about any existing heart disease or hypertension. It will also be less likely either of those would form, if I’m healthier.
Ummkay. I guess there IS a need for them...but...well...I’m not sure I’d ask for his autograph or anything, if you know what I mean.

My BP was 134/78, and I do have to stay on the BP meds and alpha/beta blocker until December, but I’m breathing a HUGH sign of relief, I can tell you!
