Does anyone know if the drunk driver/murderer can be charged with murder in Ohio? In CA they can be...some street racers that just killed some innocent people here locally have been charged with murder. Can’t punish these morons harshly enough.

Maybe this senseless killing will stop when we have the death penalty for drunk driving murders. This guy will get a suspended license and possibly serve two years probation.

This makes me so angry. The man who killed them should be charged with murder. I know there will be many others on the roads like this drunken man behind the wheel of what could become a deadly weapon in their hands.
I have friends and loved ones travelling today, and tonight. God bless and surround them, and all who have to be on the roads, within His providential care and guidance, and keep them safe.

This was a stupid act that has destroyed two families. Our prayers go out to all involved, especially the family who lost so many members all at once through a stupid stupid act.
