I already have the hardware. I bought an ASUS CUR-DLS server with dual 1 ghz PIII’s, and 2.5 gig ram. I installed scads of HD’s on it, plus a raid.
But the USB on it is a bit flaky and WIN2K is having problems. I know for a fact XP will fix it.

Exactly.
I NEVER recommend Home edition for anyone...you can be certain that if you scrimp and get the Home version, as sure as God made little green apples, you are going to need a feature in Professional.
