The educational component would be rolled out quicker. It would require boards of education to create a curriculum an indoctrination program for all high school students emphasizing "the benefits of organ and tissue dona tion to the health and well-being of society," beginning in the 2008-09 academic year,There, I fixed it.
For the record, I don't oppose organ donation. I only oppose the misinformation and the potential of abuse.
