That’s actually a good argument you make. But as we both understand, Michael Vick was NOT treated to double the sentence because the Judge or Society has a hatred of Gambling. Vick’s sentence was double the recommendation of the Prosecution because the public was vocal in their disgust over the killing of Dogs.
