If my wife were missing and I had nothing to do with it, I don't believe I would be so flippant about it, or be concerned about "getting another date".

It wouldn't do for me to be on his sure to come jury. Guilty, beyond any reasonable doubt!

O.J. Simpson was able to get another girlfriend, so I guess anything is possible.

“I'm not going to get another date,”

Yeah, killing 2 wives might hurt your love life. Although O.J. still gets some action.

What a strange thing for a husband to say when his wife is missing...

I’m thinking guys named Peterson may not be doing so well with women.

Maybe he will run into an Aileen Wournos type of hooker and things will get set straight. At least, we hope.

OH, but he will.

When he goes to prison he will be the most popular new guy on the block for a while.

“I'm not going to get another date,”

He shouldn't be so sure. He may get to be quite popular at the Big House.

Hmmm...

There’s a woman out there, somewhere, that will see the wall-to-wall coverage of this loser and claim that she “fell in love” with him instantly because “she felt bad for him”. Another Oprah show or People magazine exposure.

How many women write and profess their undying love to the likes of Scott Peterson, David Westerfield, John Mark Carr, Erik & Lyle Menendez, Richard Ramirez and others — even Manson — who are either incarcerated for life or on Death Row?

These types of women give all women a BAD NAME.

Whats the background on his latest ‘missing wife’?

Where did he meet her, what was her job before then?

I have a theory, just wondering if anyone knows the background before I ‘go there’.

He may have a date with a hospital gurney and an I-V bottle of poison.

If Richard Ramirez can get MARRIED, you’ll do just find Mr. Peterson.

Hmm, I guess I’m the long voice in the wilderness on this one. Maybe the guy is actually innocent? Maybe he knows darn well that his wife just ran off, just like that runaway bride kook in Georgia 2 years ago.

What’s most frightening to me about this monster is the way his fellow police officers have clearly covered for him. I have a feeling this business of LEOs covering for each other goes on far more than any of us would like to believe. Remember the cop in Ohio who murdered his pregnant girlfriend? Had a horrible track record, but his fellow officers acted like he was an angel.

There is nothing — absolutely nothing — in our society more frightening than guys who have been issued guns, clubs, and the power to arbitrarily incarcerate being arrogant, intemperate, and out of control. Yet I think we’ve all seen it happen time and again.
