I’ve got a bluebird that’s managed to overwinter here for the last two years. It’s well north of where it should be this time of year but it apparently gets what it needs from the seed and suet I put out.

This one wasn't in my backyard, but I always thought it was pretty. It is an eclectus parrot

I love bluebirds. I have several nests around here, and the males peck on my windows in the morning. I don’t think they’re seeing their reflections, because they never get aggressive about it, just peck to say hi, I guess.
