Back in the 80s, when most guys were using MS-DOS, the Mac was a good way to meet girls.

“Sure, you can use my Mac to write your paper. Come on over.”

And they got better grades just from handing in a paper that was printed out with better fonts. It was especially good with the law school chicks. I doubt that trick would work nowadays.
