The Dragonflie's Lair~Thread XLV
Poets of The Lair | November 30, 2007 | Soaring Feather

My Dragonfly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

LOL, well I have teased Tomkow6 with this graphic for years.

He has been playing coy for a while now! Come in Tom.

And you are so right, it is a heavy robe, hunting soxs for the feet, and lots of warm heat.

Don’t you just love those old B&W movies? I adore them -especially those from the 20s-30s-40s!

I love Art Deco with a passion, in the movies, could not live with it in the real world, too cold. Lots of chrome, pink and gray color, all cold stuff.

Regarding the lay off, I am sure the Internet has an impact on newspaper sales. Why buy the news when one can get it free off the web. Look how much you use the web for news, Seven, that’s why you are the News Diva! *Grins*

I didn’t mean computer cookies, you can’t taste them!

Now sugar cookies, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, toffee chip, or pumpkin almond cookies are another thing all together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After they’re passed? I’ll send you one if you want to try it.

I don’t drink beer. I don’t even really drink, except water. I like drinking hard stuff but have to limit it due to meds.
