My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I sure am glad there are folks on this thread that are alive and well at all hours of the day and night.
Great the way you folks are strategically placed around the world who come to visit. And we know Johnn rarely sleeps. LOL

It wouldn’t surprise me to see the Reese’s Man riding a moose next. That guy gets more mileage then the Michelin Man!

Sleep, that gentle slide into sleep
that little death but come again
to rob me of time to write, it fain
oh the trickery of fate so deep

For your enjoyment!
Deviled Chicken with Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 head fennel
2 zucchinis
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions
Start by cutting up a whole chicken.
Cut the breast pieces in half with a heavy, sharp knife.
Wash your hands and board with hot water and soap after handling the raw poultry.
Start by brushing mustard on the skin side of each piece.
Place the pieces in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least one hour but up to 24 hours.
Next clean and slice a head of fennel and remove the core and continue slicing the bulb.
Now slice zucchinis, carrots, and celery.
Place all the cut vegetables into a baking pan and toss with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Now remove the chicken from the plastic bag and place over the vegetables and season the meat with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 F for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 170 degrees.
