The lower NCAA divisions have a playoff. Ask App. St.!!!

Unfortunately the national championship game runs the risk of being anti-climatic. West Virginia? The Big East is a bad football conference. Rutgers, Cincinnati, South Florida (WVU lost to S. Fla.), etc. Ugh.

I can make a case for Mizzou however. They play in a much tougher conference than WVU.

The best team right now is Georgia.

Absurd rankings. Georgia is number 4? They will not even play in the SEC Championship Game, Tennessee will represent the SEC east. The BCS gets more and more ridiculous every year—enough of this stupidity—Bring On a Playoff Tournament!

University of Spoiled Children. How nice.

Unfortunately for you, You’ll have to settle for another team. The Buckeyes will be practicing that day for the BCS Championship in New Orleans.

West Virginia (10-2) is #2? Well, that's the good news. How many teams have been ranked #2 this year and then lost the following week?

The way these pukes have it rammed, the last ranking will have Ohio State #2, just before the Tostida Bowl. You watch.

They would rather have Ohio State at the Rose Bowl. Brent Pusburger even said so last night during the game. Isn't that guy old enough to retire???

Ohio State has no absolutely business in the top 10.

“USC — Get ready for a butt kicking in the Rose Bowl.”

*snicker* The Bucks can put the finishing touches on a sub par season for USC by kicking their butts in what is a home game for the Trojans.

Then OSU will stick to it’s ways of scheduling pansies as non conference opponents... as USC shows up on the ‘08 schedule for OSU.

Another Brent Pusburger fan. I suppose you’re a Michigan fan, too, just like Brent.

Mizzou has earned its #1 ranking. Last nights contest was no contest at all. Kansas has been over-rated all season and the Okies are bound to be ground into the turf next weekend. Should be a very exciting game.

“Ohio State has no absolutely business in the top 10.”

Some have legitimate beefs about the rating system... thank you for being so far out there as to remove any credibility.

No, I’m afraid Cardinal and Gold will hold sway—and Hugh Hewitt will once again have to eat crow on his radio program.

I agree! Their conference is terrible and is, if possible, overrated. WVU has feasted on a weak schedule.

Is it possible the lower bowl games will be more interesting than the top 3 BCS bowl games? I think so.

Think they’ll play for it all?

"it all" is meaningless without a playoff. the only way to win it all is to go undefeated. only hawaii can win it all this year.
