Police: Dog shows signs of rape

It's a crime so disgusting that Sheriff Joe is offering a $2,000 reward to anyone who can help catch these sick criminals. Police say a year-old Russell Terrier was dropped off at a valley animal hospital where vets determined the dog had been raped. Witnesses have described to police who they saw going into and leaving the clinic around the time the dog was dropped off. Anyone with information about this case can call the Sheriff's Department.

What a freak.

If caught, he'll be miserable under Sheriff Joe's lock and key.

I distinctly remember reading a few years back that Sheriff Joe also manages the county animal shelters. These animal shelters are state of the art with A/C and climate control so the lost/abandoned pets are comfortable year round.

Meanwhile, the arrested dope fiends, pervs and thugs get locked up out at "tent city."

This all seems immensely fair to me...

Maybe another dog raped this dog. Do they know for sure it was a person who did it?

I remember an incident similar to this about a year ago here in Florida. The fellow, an illegal, was caught in the act and didn’t understand the fuss since he was the dog’s owner.

Here this news report seems to indicate that some police forensic investigation was involved to confirm the allegations...

“Man hunted in Arizona for rape of dog: police”

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — Police in the southwestern US state of Arizona are hunting a man linked to the rape and torture of a Jack Russell Terrier, a statement said Wednesday.

Maricopa County Sheriff Deputies launched an investigation after the one-year-old dog was dropped off at an animal hospital near Phoenix suffering from burns to its ears and internal injuries.

Sheriff deputies tested the dog with a rape kit and a veterinarian who examined the animal said its injuries were consistent with rape.

Police have appealed for information about a man seen driving a truck near the animal hospital shortly before the dog was abandoned.

“We’d like to find the driver of this truck,” Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. “We’re fairly certain he knows what happened to this dog and who may be responsible for it.”

Authorities have offered a 2,000 dollar reward for information leading to an arrest, the statement said.

Luckily the dog isn’t in Saudi Arabia or it would be getting 200 lashes right now for enticing the guy.

I like Sheriff Joe and all. But I’d be incredibly offended if Arpaio offered a $2,000 reward for catching the perpetrator of sexual abuse of a dog if I knew someone (sister, mother, wife, daughter, etc.) who had been raped and he didn’t offer at least the same reward. Sheriff Joe just opened up a HUGE opening for someone to run against him. All they have to do is round up some angry rape victims and have them condemn Sheriff Joe for offering a $2,000 reward over an abused dog and nothing for the crimes perpetrated against women. Make sure it is minority women that are used in the campaign and you’re sure to win.

And how, exactly, to they know it wasn’t consensual?

Or do they subscribe to the “all-sex-with-dogs-is-rape” school?

Just doing the animals Americans won't...

Cheers!
