If you travel and stay in hotels--beware! Disgusting practices by hotels that will affect your health.
Click on the "related links". The first LINK will show their glass cleaning methods-no other words but DISGUSTING!
EmbassySuites and Sheraton Hotels
But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
GROSS!
Taking my kids up on their invitation to stay at their house over Christmas... Sheraton reservation cancelled...eeeks!!!
Cleans the toilet wearing a rubber glove, then proceeds to clean the drinking glasses with the same glove right after that.
I always thought the water there tasted crappy!
Well considering some of the stuff I’ve seen going on in hotel rooms this is tame.
Well, you know the comforters on the bed don’t get washed between guest.

I prefer the practices of the cheaper motels which give you new plastic cups sealed in plastic, to the expensive hotels, which leave used, possibly unsanitary glasses in your room.
Worked with a guy who woke up in a hotel room with something stuck to his elbow. Turned out to be a used tampon.
I won’t even read this. I don’t want to know.
THIS is why I wanted a TRAVEL TRAILER.
As someone who stays about 100 days per year in hotels, you know these things and just go with it.
The bottom line here is that people are not dropping dead from diseases nor contracting major illnesses.
In other words, lighten up, Francis.
Travel a lot and you just have to consider “you’re not at home”.Don’t use the glass glasses nor free coffee maker.
Mostly staying hotels is like sausage, you’re better off not knowing too much.
I concur. Being paranoid about all this stuff will just make you crazy. There are germs in the world. Deal with it.
I would submit that most people's homes, those that are most obsessive about hotels and restaurants, probably have more "health" violations in those homes than in any hotel.
There's many more cases of food poisoning that originate in home kitchens than in restaurants, and most home bathrooms are far less sanitary than a hotel bathroom.
Well someone could decide to percolate some urine through it if they wanted to.
Your bathrooms may be less sanitary than a hotel room, but mine are not!
your cracking me up man!!
