I just received the strangest FReeper email from a "Be4Fred." I'll post it below. And did FReeper "pissant" really get banned for showing support for Duncan Hunter? This whole thing gave me a creepy feeling.

I can only imagine him doing it as a joke, and I do think he’ll be back.
This sounds like a false Fred supporter. That comment about Hunter being a Rino is absurd. Most Fred supporters also like Duncan Hunter.
I just read the thread where Pissant said that criticizing the Golden Child of FR, implying Fred is that GC, is strictly forbidden, so I think this is just a snarky e-mail from someone who, apparently, wanted to go out with a bang. >
I got an email with the same title, but it referred to Hunter and Romney and everyone but Fred as a Rino and warned me not to make positive comments about any of the other candidates for fear of being banned.
Is that what yours said?
I got one a couple months ago for 1 hour, but I was back in action in about 10 minutes. The AdMod went back through the thread and found out it was the other guy. Don't know if he's back or not.
If only it were a true ban and not just a timeout.

I hope pissant isn’t being blamed for something he isn’t responsible for as he is in the doghouse already.
It is strange to see this cycle every election as we self-cannibalize.
Does anyone remember ol’ hard working Arator, who became a Brigadier and then became one so passionately that he not only went on a vendetta, but was nuked and went to the dark-side he was so pissed?
Why would any of us that have been around here for any length of time think that we could get everyone else on the entire site to accede to our own personal primary candidate selection by clanging gong after gong?
We couldn’t get agreement as format changes added colored font to the sidebars. Hundreds of opinions. On a political topic there are those that will leave their candidate just because someone else converted to the same candidate, LOL.
Post #47 says nothing. You think because someone writes “pissant” in a freepmail, he is guilty of perpetrating it? That would be *real* stupid, now wouldn’t it?
A more likely possibility is that one of the folks that are dancing on his grave on various threads did it to try to squash him some more.
eh, pissant is generally harmless, but he has emotional problems about FRED, and he worked everyone’s nerves more than was acceptable it appears. i think he truly believes if he trashes Fred that he will build support for Hunter and that just ain’t happening. all that gets you is time in the cooler or worse.
I think that this might be a response to an opus by a poster who was tired of being abused for supporting Rudy. There were quite a few posts on the thread that said good riddance to anyone who would support Rudy, and a few from posters who were offended by the good riddance comments. I think that there are more than a few possibilities for the source of this email. There are a lot of bad feelings on FreeRepublic over this election. It’s too bad.
