I will be leaving FR. I will no longer post here and likely will no longer check the news here either. I began to post here a few years ago with updates on my attempts and eventual success at founding teenage republican clubs across New Jersey and the surrounding area. I used to run a ping list about the invasion of Islam into Europe. I ran an FR-based operation to try to change public opinion about the Iraq war using letters to the editor and "stats" e-mails. It seems however that as soon as I began to indicate that I was supporting Mr. Giuliani for the Presidency all of that was instantly forgotten and I was branded many of the things I'm sure are crossing many people's minds as they read this. I'm leaving before I get kicked off for my own opinions, I'm not a left-winger who comes to attack the website, I'm a conservative that comes to share my opinions, and if this is a place where certain opinions are muted out because some disagree then good-bye. I always thought it was the Democrats who believed that if you silenced people who disagreed with you, what you were saying became true. What a fool I must be.

I always liked Player.
But I get them mixed up with Sneaker.
Oh, and by the way, HHK, I don’t think you should leave. Maybe you’re taking things a little too seriously here?
I’m a New Yorker, and I don’t see Rudy as the Devil, and I’d vote for him if the alternative was a Democrat (other than Zell Miller, I suppose).
There. I said it. Am I persona non grata too?
Your choice. No one can make you stay. Are you being pitched out like they do to those who don’t kowtow the party line at DU? Or is it of your free will that you are tucking tail and running. So you support Rudy. Ok fine by me..... support whoever you want. But running away from an issue never solved anything. If you have issues with some one here you can a) ignore them b) try to persuade them the you are correct by using facts or c) your choice, run away. Do as you please. It is a free country so far unless the lefties win... then who knows how long it will stay that way.
Yep,If ya can't stand the heat, stay outa da kitchen.
All of us freepers are flamed periodically. So what!
If you are worried about criticism then I guess that you could take a look at the tips at this website:

Well, I'm sure not going to argue with you about that. But as an opus, I'm going to give you an 2 on a scale with 10 being the highest.
It was such a good rant....proofread the next time dummy.
No problem Dog.
Feedback always welcome.
and just what are you refering to? After jerks like you post nastys over and over it’s no wonder lots of people hae left here! You make rude remarks if someone has a different idea than you. You can disagree but you don’t have to be nasty in doing it!
Well, he’s gone...banned/suspended.
Rudy is a scumbucket liberal.
Let me, if I may, correct you
You are not a "principled" conservative if you are supporting Rudy.
You can be a conservative and support Rooty Julie Annie, you just have compromised on your principles.
That's not a crime in an NON PC world and should not be here
Interesting. That would take you where HHKrepublican_2 is today.
Hang tough and dont let the bastards wear you down.
I understand. Giuliani is my #2 choice and now I might get kicked off even for saying that. I am not really into the anti-gay part of the platform and while I am strongly pro-life, I am not sure other than getting rid of Roe v. Wade via the Supreme court and not allowing public funds for embryo sacrifice what else our next President can do.
I do wish we could be a bit more of an open tent; diversity of conservatism is a good thing. Giuliani is not a social conservative and I don’t like him on immigration but I bet you have your reasons for supporting him and that is fine with me. He’s great on crime and the WOT.
Sorry you are leaving.

“It wont be long before we are no longer discussing Rooty911. is ties to Kerik (sp?) will push him out the door.”
I’m still trying to figure out this guilt by association scenario. In politics, nearly every candidate has had a friendship with someone who got nailed for something. You have to have a wide network in politics, and among those people is inevitably going to be a bad apple or two. That doesn’t make you a bad person. Is Fred guilty of the sins of his drug running advisor he had to let go last week? No. So why is Rudy guilty of Kerik’s sins?
Anyway, I wouldn’t write off Giuliani too quick. I think most voters are more fair minded than to convict someone of the sins of another.
Good luck and God Bless You.
Stick with us...we will all come together once a winner emerges to beat the bi... itch. OPUS RETRACTUM
