It is indeed. But as the cartoon clearly indicates, the guy possesses a sickly pale patina, a gut born from too much inactivity during year long winters and an obliviousness to the lovely girls nearby. Such characteristics indicate a Michigan tourist as surely as if the words "GO WOLVERINES" were tattooed on his belly.
Whatcha doin up s’late? This has gotta be sum kinda alert.

In case you haven't noticed your lack of neighbors and the abundance of empty, abandoned houses near you, half of Michigan is now "Florida Residents." We'd send them home to you but they refuse to go.

The only thing in the cartoon that was wrong........and it clearly was a jibe at the.....ahem....."elderly men on the beach"......was that if it truly was a picture of Floriduh, all the wimmin would have had blue hair......

IMO he suffered from the cold, more so than eli. surprising until you consider his age long time for that job.
