"So....where does chocolate rate on this?" I'm still working on that one. The best I've come up with so far is flavored coffee. Not exactly the answer I want either.

"What is your dominant hand?" Right. But then, it is for most people. But my dominant eye is my left. Found that out at last eye doctor visit. Go figue.

I'm telling you, the 6 Week Body Makeover plan is awesome, as far as just plain effectivness, not ony for weight control, but just health in general. It's difficult to follow sometimes, especially when you go out to eat, or just don't have the time to prepare and/or get in the extra meals on time throughout the day, but the results are well worth the effort. When I get serious about it, I notice an immediate and radical change in my body and how I feel, but even when I'm not so serious, I retain a lot of elements of the plan because they are so effective and healthy. It's customized, so it isn't identical for everyone, but in general it involves no dairy, no oils, fat (other than natural fat in proteins), no salt and a lot of water. Of course, the most extreme version is not intended to be permanent, and there is a maintenance program that accompanies it that allows for a lot of variations.

Yes, cooking with wine is good. The case iron skillets are supposed to be the best, but I’m afraid I’ve just never been able to get past hating the weight of them....and they’re much harder to clean. Who has time for that? I’ll stick with my non-stick stuff, thanks. Besides, you have to be careful with iron after a certain age. Too much can have detrimental effects.

That’s not right. It’s because you have so many more things to remember than they do.

Well, they had to move some of the activities some to accomplish that.
The under bed hauntings are sometimes too early due to the international date line and such now.
