Can´t keep Britney out of DD. I wonder if you have seen this shot.
They her out today.
:-)
I meant, “they let her out today.” Britney. I didn’t hear what or why.
Of course I can see why the would need a real naked slave girl to blow the embers, a stylistic representation would require imagination.
Those engineers have a good point, they are smart cookies. I wonder what a circuit diagram would have looked like in those days.
Ok have fun with this one.
Jealousy? Notice where the man’s left hand is. Then notice where his right hand is. Look at the body language. And, then, the eyes say it all.
Yes we know which one he prefers. Poor girl, not much of a catch though. :)
I agree. The girl on his left didn't get much of a 'catch', did she? LOL!
This is the evening of the “The Three Kings” which is celebrated more than Christmas in many Spanish speaking countries.
Here is how they do it in Puerto Rico.
On La Víspera de Reyes (the Eve of Three Kings Day) Puerto Rican children cut grass to put in a shoe box under their bed for the camels to eat. Their “wish list” is placed on top of the grass. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends ask children to put a box under their bed too - just in case.
The Reyes only come if the child has been good all year and if the children are awake they bypass the house.
On this night children sleep lightly listening for any strange noises, whispers, or maybe sounds of the camels’ hooves, or any tale-tale signs of the Kings’ arrival.
Sometime during the night Los Reyes arrive and quietly leave their gifts for the children while their camels enjoy their snack.
In the morning the island is filled with the joy and the laughter of happy children enjoying their new bikes, skates, dolls, and other toys.
It is a joyful day full of celebration. Later in the day a holiday dinner is prepared and friends and relatives join in the festivities. Relatives bring the children the boxes left under their beds now empty of grass but filled with gifts.
Let's just have a look at the SEC and "big" 10 NCAA football champions of the last 50 years:
1957 AUBURN/OHIO STATE (tie)//1958 LSU//1960 MINNESOTA//1961 ALABAMA//1964 ALABAMA//1965 ALABAMA/MICHIGAN STATE (tie)//1968 OHIO STATE//1973 ALABAMA//1978 ALABAMA//1979 ALABAMA//1980 GEORGIA//1992 ALABAMA//1996 FLORIDA//1997 MICHIGAN//1998 TENNESSEE//2002 OHIO STATE//2003 LSU//2006 FLORIDA
Even your waterlogged shark brain should be able to compute the fact that an SEC team either won outright or shared the national championship 14 times while "big" 10 teams won or shared the title 6 times.
Also, while 6 SEC teams were national champs, only 4 "big" 10 teams made it. It should further be noted that one SEC team (ALABAMA) became national champion 7 times while the entire "big" 10 could only win 6. So much for "big" 10 superiority.
Can´t have them bypassing my house because I am not asleep.
And, you wouldn’t want a lump of coal from Germany left in your shoe, either.
G’night, FRiend. Hope the morning brings you many wonderful surprises!
I wonder how they knew I was that dumb, gran must have told them. :)
Now they think I am going to invite them all to the next banquet I make.
I take refuge in my ignorance and so far it has served me well.

But, this one is my favorite:
I like people who like to cook because I like to eat.
Me, too, Lady. I think I even like cooking/baking more than I like eating! ;-)
