My cat stays in my home, and NEVER once has set foot elsewhere.
What kind of pet owner allows their pets free access to other's property?
Duke (RIP) used to make sure that no cats invaded our property. Once he is replaced, we will again be cat free.

I can certainly understand that person’s frustration and sympathize with him.
I don’t like my neighbor’s cats doing any and all of that stuff either.
It’s a very creative solution. Better than anti-freeze...
