Yes. An American citizen who committed no crime, was not convicted of any crime was subjected to cruel and unusual punishment of the type reserved for priests at Nazi death camps.

I could not at the time, nor now in retrospect, believe this barbarous sentence was given by an American judge to an innocent woman. It is too bad that impeachment has developed such a bad rap. It should be used frequently whenever judges violate clear Constitutional principles.

Terri was Brutally Beaten by her husband that fateful night and he didn’t even call the police or EMT! Then he finished off her murder thru the courts to dehydrate her to death, a torture we never allow at all, even in animals. The Left knows no depths of depravity!

I agree totally. As far a I am concerned it was a state sponcered murder. There are functioning people in wheelchairs with feeding tubes, so I really don’t consider a feeding tube life support although it can certainly end many people’s lives if taken away. Her parents wanted to care for her and were not allowed to. I still believe her husband wanted her dead, was the cause of her death, and he succeeded with the court’s help.
