wow. I didn’t realize that the Cowboys only had 44 plays. Looking at the stats and seeing they only rushed 14 times (plus a Romo scramble) and you think they got away from the run - they did a bit, but not nearly so much as they just didn’t run a lot of plays.

Oh, good grief, what a disaster. Saints get a free TD on the botched snap and fumble recovery, 7-0.

What was the deal with Junior on that 4th and goal at the end. He was charging onto the field, then held himself up, bouncing up and down. I’ll bet he thought he and Vrabel were going to be in on that special goal line package. That the Pats didn’t call it mitigates the piling on charge they’re getting from some quarters. Is Junior fired up or what!!! What a wonderful team to play on. I wonder how many good players on poor teams are telling their agents, “get me on the Pats, I don’t care how.”

The Colts are still the Pats major competition.
The Colts have beat them, what? three times in a row now?
This is the best Patriots offense we have ever seen and I really hope this year is different but the Colts still have their number and the game is in Indy....its gonna be tough.
To: NonValueAdded
That the Pats didnt call it mitigates the piling on charge theyre getting from some quarters. the difference was 14 points. If it'd have been 17 points the claim might make sense. The Pats put it in because Dallas has a capable offense. If the Cowboys didn't the Pats would have scored less.

Saints up 14-0 now. The Seahawks are really sputtering, they got shut out last week at Pittsburgh and now are being held scoreless at home by the winless Saints.

Well I’m thinking the NFC West to be the weak division..

Another special teams screwup as the FG gets blocked, still 14-0.

    I think the AFC East-
 Pats 6-0
 Bills 1-4
 Jets 1-5
 Dolphins 0-6
Besides the Patriots, they all pretty much stink really bad.
To: scott says; All
True.. I also think the Bears are done for... They have a chance to for a wildcard spot..

Seattle is a 6.5 point favorite and they are down 21-0.
Damn it...I put 13 points on the SeaHags.....stupid me.

To: scott says
I put only 8 points on them, but something is not right with them.

Evening. Scary thing is the Pats still didn’t play a solid game.

To: Terpfen
You're guaranteed a victory next week. Guaranteed. Belichick will have the players convinced they're facing the '72 Dolphins next week.

To: mainepatsfan
The Defense still needs a lot of work. The Cowboys had success running and passing at times ,This team is built to score 40 a game and win that way....I wish they were more defensively sound, thats why the Colts still make me very worried.

Seymour coming back will certainly help on that front. It’s getting to the point were scoring 30 points against the Pats won’t be enough anymore.
