Granoff sued HKS and ANS 2002. Granoff charged HKS with contract interference. Looks like Granoff claims the E! deal unlike the Sternies giving credit to HKS. hum .. another . I promise to pay off my Marshal money, what a surprise, not. What fools these so called professionals must be.

Smith, the 34-year-old buxom model who has been in court repeatedly in recent years to get a part of the estate of her deceased husband, a billionaire oil tycoon, faces a lawsuit over about $155,000 in allegedly unpaid bills and legal fees. The suit also seeks $25 million in damages from Smith and her lawyer, Howard K. Stern.
The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court Monday, claims Smith retained David Granoff Public Relations through an oral contract from April 2000 until late September.
During that time, Granoff claims he helped Smith secure her show with E! Entertainment as well as photo spreads in magazines including “Vanity Fair” and Cuervo Gold commercials in Latin America.
Smith’s attorney, who said he has not been served the court papers, said Granoff “hasn’t been her publicist for some time.”
The suit accuses Stern of coercing Smith to cut off contact with Granoff.

LOS ANGELES — Anna Nicole Smith has fired back a tit-for-tat lawsuit at her estranged public-relations agent, demanding $1.5 million for continuing to use her photo on his Web site after their split.
The TV tart bared her claws at Manhattan PR man David Granoff after he sued her last fall for failing to pay $155,000.
Smith failed to pay Granoff’s PR agency a dime after she was awarded big bread from the estate of her late husband, Texan Howard Marshall II, despite promising in 2000 to pay “handsomely” for its work, Granoff claimed.
He sought $25 million in damages.
But in new documents filed in Manhattan federal court the former Playboy pinup has countersued Granoff, saying he falsely used a promotional picture of her on his Web site and claimed she was still a client after she left.
A lawyer for Smith says she has been damaged to the tune of $500,000 and is seeking another $1 million in punitive damages.
My, my...There sure is a pattern here.
What is interesting it the Pattern traces back to Stern’s appearance. Not that Anna wasn’t beyond hiding a diamond or two.

You’re right nature...Anna’s problems started when Howard hit the scene. When did she first go into the hospital for drugs....I believe it was her mother that got her there.

BTW, thanks to all for the kind words and prayers, it's always a shock when a friend dies and even more so when it's someone so young. The young man in the pickup who caused the head on collision had to go to the hospital for a nose injury. I think Kendell must have been in a small vehicle for his injuries to be so much worse.

Somehow, I think the Marshalls are going to come up with enough stuff to say that Anna filing bankruptcy (which was the basis of going after the old man’s money) was fraudulent from the beginning. My guess is that Howard started shifting money around as soon as he got on the scene. I’d say at first...via Bonnie.

(pretty much the same thing that the Shelleys said about Anna - a likeable, warm person, it was easy to become just friends with...heck - even Pol and Trendy said that too! I dunno - does Anna sound like a drug addict or someone who was periodically and systematically drugged?)
well, i’ve read with methadone, it’s 4 to 5 pills for a ‘typical’ overdose. Would 8x mean the equivalent of 32 pills? or just 8 more pills over the 4 to 5? - even with 12 pills worth, that would be a lot of liquid seems to me, for the methadone alone, so it wouldn’t taste like a mouthful of a bunch of ground up bitter pills! And then there’s all those other drugs...
so if you can’t drink it, then you have to eat it....what do you eat with only one or two chews? ...nuggets..they bought nuggets, right? and fries? ..it had to be in the nuggets.....on the nuggets - bbq sauce? ranch dressing?

imo,with a dr’s diagnosis of 6 months, your sister should be entitled to in-home hospice services/care at minimal/no cost to your family. Hospice, as you probably know, can do laundry, shopping, errands, respite care, anything to help ease the passing. It’s worth checking into, thru her doctor or hospital. I admire your strength.
