A man loses his life and no charges are filed? We recently had a thread which discussed a tragic accident at a gun range. Two cops were practicing for an upcoming test. One cop shot and killed the other. No charges were filed, and the reason was given as: "There was no criminal intent."
Probably aaplies to taxi cabs jumping the curb and mowing down people on sidewalks too.
What a crazy world.

But aren’t reckless or careless driving charges applicable?
