My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Physical therapy is working better than chiro ever did. Pain has lessened and I can drive without screaming now.
I’m doing the exercises at home because I want it to go away. It seems that it’s going to take a while. It’s easy to overdo it and set it back.
How are you doing?

Glad to hear you are finding relief! Good thing. Overdoing is easily done so caution is needed at all times.
I am doing well, sleep gets a little screwy, but other wise just fine.

Caution is something I’m not too good at, unfortunately. I always want to go a little bit further just to see . . .
Sleeping is the one thing I am really good at these days. Make things quiet and close my eyes and I’m out like a light.
Are you one that gets short of sleep, waking up too early and not being able to go back?

Are you one that gets short of sleep, waking up too early and not being able to go back?
There are times that are like that, soon the time will change again and I should settle down to a somewhat "normal" for me pattern.
I always have been fitful with sleep, sometimes the pattern is long hours of sleep other times, I can go with five hours of sleep a night. My mother told me when I was a babe in arms I was active after midnight, see I was odd then, too. LOL
