I’m setting here in the Laurel Highland Mountains of Somerset Pennsylvania enjoying every min. of your trip...
this was a really fun post.
Our country side also offers “Beauty” beyond words..Isn’t this a great country we live in...

He truly did. I haven’t seen him this talkative for a
long time. He loved everyone! And found lots to laugh
about.

I am hoping he’ll get to go with us to AZ next year! :D

Yes its an old Forte. The coast is crawling with them.
That one is from colonial days but there are many anti submarine lookouts from WWII as well

Just remember, the war of 1812 was won in Ohio on lake Erie.

The people who sat beside me on the whale tour were from Erie Pa (Presque Isle) were Commodore Perry built the ships that would wh00p the brits

No, I didn’t see today’s pics - I’m assuming they’re on the music thread?

Now I need to go looking!

Our Piper hasn’t grown too much since we saw her last, but she has grown up quite a bit. Her talking is clearer, more structured, less repetitive. I think it’s coming from her being in pre-school.

She played hard when we got home, and crashed around 8:30. We’ve had a great time, and still have two more days!
