Report: Lindsay Lohan Not Likely to Be Charged With a Felony

There is a "strong possibility" the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office will not file felony charges against Lindsay Lohan in connection with her two DUI arrests, law enforcement sources told TMZ.com.

Charges may be filed Wednesday, and the D.A. is leaning toward rejecting three possible felonies, TMZ reported. The D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with Lohan's DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills, the site said.

Sadly, the L.A.D.A. is in his own hot water with he and his wife breaking the law over the past few years with a gov issued auto so by him passing felony charges, it puts he and his wife in the same boat and re-opening that issue.

Well, about a year ago, Lindsay asked Hillary if she could go to Iraq with her the next time Hillary went on a diplomatic tour there. They obviously have to know each other personally for that sort of dialogue to take place.
