“And pretty useless around camp.”

And she made it to the merge. I think JR was the last “hated” person to be taken out. Now the weak, little noted players can ride through a couple of the next TCs as the Tribe starts hitting on the strong, threat people.

The lunch lady and Stick Girl might make it a bit further, if SG can keep her mouth shut. What am I saying - has she learned to keep her mouth shut yet?

Danni from Survivor: Guatemala was very thin (earning her the nickname Dannirexic), but she was a strong competitor in the challenges. Once the show ended and she gained back the weight she lost on the show, she looked pretty normal.

Who would you like to see for All-Stars 2?

Assuming the rules are contestants from season 9 (Vanuatu) or later and no $1 million winners, I’d like to see:

Men:
Bruce (S12)
Ian (S10)
Judd (S11)
Ozzy (S13)
Rafe (S11)
Rory (S9)
Terry (S12)
Yau-Man (S14)
One man from S15 (not Todd, we already have a gay Mormon)

Women:
Ami (S9)
Angie (S10)
Candice (S13)
Cindy (S11)
Cirie (S12)
Danielle (S12)
Eliza (S9)
Twila (S9)
One woman from S15

Wow. You have a good perspective. That's a good idea, therefore the producers won't go for it. ;)

“has she learned to keep her mouth shut yet?”

No way. I think it is genetic.

I heard someone from CBS say that if there is a second All-Stars, they won’t allow any winners this time.

I watch videos of seasons past, plus I lurk at Survivor fan boards. (I don’t post there, because pretty much everyone there is a liberal jerk who can’t let go of politics for 10 minutes to discuss Survivor and has to mix it in with discussion of the show).

Good. Did any of the winners even make the jury in the first All-Stars?

Nope.

Tina (S2 winner, voted out first)
Jenna M. (S6 winner, left game third)
Richard (S1 winner, voted out fifth)
Ethan (S3 winner, voted out eighth)

Lex (voted out tenth) was the first member of the jury. Vecepia (S4 winner), Brian (S5 winner), and Sandra (S7 winner) were not in All-Stars.

And no, I didn’t remember all that, I had to look some of it up!

Anyone else think Denise has been a big disappointment (like Zoe the fishing boat captain from Marquesas)? Reading her bio before the season, you’d think, “Cool! A lunch lady! First one of those we’ve had and a change from all the models/bartenders. And she does axe and knife throwing, and has a second degree black belt in karate!”

And what have we seen Denise do? Get left out of the loop strategy-wise, and mope about not being picked.

The previews for next week show a surprise at tribal council after the vote. What could it be?

Something Terry mentioned on the Survivors Strike Back blog at CBS gave me an idea. Highlight below if you want to see something that might be a spoiler.

What if James gets blindsided and voted out at the next tribal council and never has a chance to use his hidden immunity idols? What would happen to the idols then? Maybe the surprise is a competition for the idols that James never got to use.

Just a guess on what it might be.

I think the surprise for next week is that James will use his first immunity idol.

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,

Yep! It’s me once again with your:

SURVIVOR PING!

The Hae Da Fung (Black Fighting Wind) Tribe: Black Buffs
Amanda, Courtney, Denise, Erik, Frosti, James, Peih-Gee, Todd

The Jury:
Jamie, Jean-Robert

The losers:
Chicken, Ashley, Leslie, Dave, Aaron, Sherea,

The title of tonight’s episode is: ”Just Don't Eat the Apple”

For hints on what to expect tonight, start highlighting at the - > below:

- > From the SeeBS website:
A new force to be reckoned with takes on the power players.
When one girl starts caressing someone outside her alliance, her allies are not happy.
One vulnerable castaway may change his fate by…acting like a sheep?

The Reward Challenge appears to be some sort of “hacky-sack” game. Only instead of using a hacky-sack, the players use a rubber ball, and instead of using their feet, they are using drums. The object of the challenge appears to be which team can bounce the ball between themselves the longest. The teams appears to be Frosti, Erick, and Amanda using the yellow drums against James, Todd, and Peih-Gee using the red drums. Denise and Courtney are not shown in any of the vidcaps of this challenge, so we’re not sure which team each is on.

The Immunity Challenge appears to be some sort of question and answer challenge. The only vidcap we are shown is of Frosti playing with (what appears to be) some left over props from Pirate Master. Anyway, since we are shown vidcaps of the players entering Tribal Council and it’s clear that Amanda, Courtney, Denise, Erik, James and Todd are not wearing the ugly necklace, that leaves only Frosti or Peih-Gee for the winner of immunity. My guess is that Peih-Gee wins the Q&A and the ugly necklace.

Now the big question is: What is Jeff’s big surprise announcement at Tribal Council?
Well, this is just a wild guess, but I think that James thinks that he’s safe so he doesn’t play either of his HIIs. Unfortunately for James, he is wrong and is tonight’s boot. James gets his torch snuffed, and as he takes his long walk of shame, Jeff announces that the players will vote yet another member out of the game, right now! No discussion, just voting. And the only player that is still immune is Peih-Gee. The votes are cast and Frosti is the next to go.

Well there you have it:

Cuz’s Weekly Survivor Picks

Start highlighting again: - >

Reward Challenge Winner: Frosti’s team
Immunity Challenge Winner: Peih-Gee
Voted out: James and Frosti

I’ll be back Monday morning with a recap of tonight’s episode, so till then,
Take Care,

FReepmail me if you want added to (or removed from) the Survivor Ping List.

Well, they were talking of blindsiding James last week so I can see that going down this week.

James should see it coming and play one for the next two weeks, we’ll see.

Frostie and James? That makes Erik and Todd the only guys in a sea of females.

All girl final three?

Survivorfever.net has been 100% accurate on the boot order so far. According to them, there is only one person booted per episode.

The person eliminated tonight has an "S" in their name.

Denise, Frostie or James?

I’ll go for the home team’s pick - James.
