Reported by: Lindsey Roberts
Suffolk Police have arrested a man and charged him with practicing medicine without a license.
According to police, Francis Renee White, 36, of South Main Street, injected silicone into other transgendered people.
Police say the shots, used to plump up lips, cheeks and breasts, were administered inside White's home.
The injections were with the consent of the transgender customers, but the practice is illegal and very dangerous.
"They did them in different places, but generally the face the buttocks or the breasts, said Sgt. Robert Ross of the Suffolk Police Department female inhancement type prodcedures."
Friends of White say it has been well-known in the transgender community for years that White was injecting silicone.
White is charged in two separate incidents that took place in June of 2006 and January of 2007.
Suffolk police found out about the illegal practice after two former customers came forward with complications after one of White's procedures.
"Fortunately, they weren't anything that was life-threatening, said Ross. But they were concerned about health issues to the general public and that's why they brought it to my attention."
Police believe White may have performed other procedures they are unaware of.

Ok... this is icky, gross, disgusting.... once I find my Thesaurus, I’ll think of some more. How ‘bout just plain EEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
My pistol instructer was a transsexual. He/she certainly knew how to handle a Desert Eagle.
They had an episode of CSI about this.
Yeah...but this one doesn’t know how to handle a silicone caulking gun!
Looks like tumors going on his face.
Your right his clients should not let even a licensed person inject them with actually seeing his/her work.
Ping.
And in either case, once you are over 40, forget about it. You end up looking like Robert Plant or Eddie Van Halen.
