Correct -- this is a Dell ad, as pointed out elsewhere. Any modern x86 hardware can run VMware, and it hosts on dozens of OSes, too.

Indeed. Macs have done it for at least 15 years.
I used a PowerPC running SoftWindows for 68k running an Apple II emulator program for MS DOS in 1994 (just for the heck of it).
