You’ve given this person excellent advice. The quartz is so far superior to the “trendy wave” of granite that when homeowners learn about it they gladly pay the difference. Meanwhile, builders and renovators still get away with using granite which, by the way, has a warranty which expires as soon as the fabricator’s truck leaves the dirveway. The quartz - “an engineered stone” - on the other hand requires no maintenance like sealing and carries a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. I personally prefer Cambria because they have 34 colors which I can sell all at one price instead of 4 or more “color categories”. I personally think there will be a lot of granite being replaced over the coming years as people wise up to its porosity which allows it to absorb both stains and bacteria. Either spend the extra money now or do it all over again in a few years. My own website is www.countertopsalesonline.com where you can look at many brands and choices, but I can’t help you unless you live in Middle Tennessee.

Thank you for contacting me and I will put your website in favorites.

We put our house on the market on Monday had a showing on TH and second on Saturday with an offer....outstanding considering the market here in IN is horrible. I know of homes that have been on the market for months if not a year.

I will be moving to Dallas so my husband and I will be looking for a home and if we need counter tops I will be contacting you.

My current home has Corian and I love it but the quartz is so pretty. When I look at granite there are to many you can’ts and you have too’s. I like the no hassle approach.
