In a courtroom filled with family members, Jose Carranza pleaded not guilty this morning to three counts of murder, attempted murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and weapons possession in the execution-style murders of three college students behind a Newark elementary school Saturday night. Carranza, 28, of Orange, wearing an orange jumpsuit, showed no emotion as he sat in court with his hands cuffed and communicated via a Spanish-speaking translator. Families of both the suspect and the victims filled the courtroom, though they said nothing. Mayor Cory Booker, Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow and Sheriff Armando Fontoura were also in court. Carranza's bail was continued at $1 million. After the proceeding, sheriff's officers escorted the victims' kin out of the courtroom. Then, Carranza's mother and brother were led out. None spoke with the press. Assistant Prosecutor Thomas McTigue disclosed that there is an immigration detainer on Carranza. Carranza's attorney, Felix Lopex-Montalvo said his client is undocumented, an illegal immigrant from Peru. Carranza, who lives in Orange with his wife and a daughter described as 1 or 2 years old, was facing two sets of criminal charges even before police identified him as a suspect in the Newark triple murder. Court records show he was charged with aggravated assault and weapons counts stemming from a bar fight last October. In the more serious case, he was charged under an alias, Jose Larchire, with repeatedly raping a girl over a four-year period. The assaults began when the child was almost 5 years old, according to an indictment handed up last month. The alleged attacks ended in January. Carranza was free on bail and awaiting trial in both criminal cases when he turned himself in Thursday.

The one girl Tasha survived and is in ICU….my co-worker who is the Parent of one of Tasha’s friends talked to the girl in the hospital yesterday. She said they went and got food and went to hang out in the playground There was 1 spanish guy there when they arrived. He must have called his friends And when the other 4 guys arrived they first tried to rape Tasha. There were 2 girls and 2 boys but the other girl was dressed like a boy. So the Mexicans began trying to rape Tasha, while a few from the group Held the other 3 kids at gunpoint. They then cut Tasha on her arm, while trying To slash her throat. She was strong and fought them. Then they shot her in her face. And marched the other 3 kids around the back and murdered them all execution style.
This is so scary, but I’m happy this young lady survived and is able to tell the story. It’s not gang related (There were a group of 5 spanish men). She said they looked maybe Mexican"

I don’t care what their ages are, and I don’t care if they had a troubled childhood. Anyone involved needs to be executed.

I don’t understand why she thinks the men being spanish would keep it from being gang related.
This is yet another example of what kind of the "hard working immigrants willing to do the jobs Americans won't do" that are being herded into this country by Mexico and other southern countries. America is the dumping ground for their criminals.
And what do bleeding heart liberals (Bush included) want to do? Give them amnesty and my tax dollars to make their lives comfortable while they murder, rape, steal, and sell drugs to our youth and destroy their lives.

An ILLEGAL ALIEN murders again...
Now I do understand that not all ILLEGAL ALIENS are murdering low-lifes...But this fact of his status ONCE AGAIN has been downplayed by just about every other mass media outlet so far till today...
Maybe they were waiting on confirmation of said ILLEGAL ALIEN status...I’ll give them that...
Sounds to me like it would be reasonable for our government to nail shut the revolving door we call a border right now...No need to wait on some study or funding or some other lame excuse...
Time to hunt down and aggressively deport every single ILLEGAL ALIEN in this country...Right now...

Those three young people will never get to graduate college, marry, have children and grandchildren. Hopefully the survivor will have the chance, but she will be haunted forever by this cold, brutal crime.
We should keep a running thread with all the crimes committed by illegals that make the headlines. Then every time someone says, “They’re such hard workers, just doing the jobs Americans won’t do,” we can email them the link to that thread.
This morning is the first time I’ve seen the news mention that the older guy was an illegal from Peru. They also mentioned two previous arrests for assault and something about rape.

The police found a gang tag, Piru, on the school wall.
Now, if these weren’t the Bloodz, they committed an execution on their turf. The police gang units will hear about that right away if the gangs had a turf violation.
Where is the NAACP on this? Seriously, Hispanics are targeting blacks, and the liberal media & black establishment are nowhere to be found.
