Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sing hey! for the bath at close of day
That washes the weary mud away!
A loon is he that will not sing:
O! Water Hot is anoble thing!
O! Sweet is the sound of falling rain.
and the brook that leaps from hill to plain;
but better than rain or rippling streams
is Water Hot that smokes and steams.
O! Water cold we may pour at need
down a thirsty throat and be glad indeed;
but better is Beer, if drink we lack,
and Water Hot poured down the back.
O! Water is fair that leaps on high
in a fountain white beneath the sky;
but never did fountain sound so sweet
as splashing Hot Water with my feet!
I’m not sure I wanna click that.
You can’t unsee things, after all.
Aren’t you supposed to be working?
LOL!!
Eh?
Just one would have been bad enough, but that guy had at least four of them. Yech.
We has dumpster.
Uh, it should be big enough.
Taking it somewhat easy-ish this afternoon... probably going to go to the craft store to look at cross stitchy things after a bit more work. Yay.
2J, that bug sure is a labor of love! Have fun at the VW show!
Looks like the body of a big roach, but if it’s moving around, it’s clearly not a roach, cause it would need its legs! Gross and fascinating at the same time, but mostly just gross. ;o)
Oh yeah, thanks for THAT earworm! ;o)
EEEEEEEEW!!!!
Oh. My. God.
Yeah - You weren’t here, I had to deal with that all by myself!
Check out the picture down the thread at 3273 I think. That says it all.
Check out the hole the one came out of. What struck me about the hole it came out of, was that it clearly looked like a healed, clean pocket. It burrowed in and grew so slowly I guess, that it just heals around it. Weeeeeeiird.
The stuff of horror movies.
I’m not squeamish about very many things, but have hugh hang-ups over parasites.
Congratulations Ecurbh - that is great news indeed.
Only surprise is it took them as long as it did to recognize a good worker when they got one.
OB & LSA
Our power outage made the paper.
