If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Good afternoon, ms feather. Stormy weather for you, I see. Take good care. It is pretty toasty here in the sun. This is my favorite music.
Glad you are doing well. My Dad and I just finished changing a flat tire. With no good knees between us, we did quite well working together. LOL!!

WOW Kathy, a heat wave!! LOL
It was much cooler here today, humidity remains high! UGH.
Well, glad you and pop got the flat fixed!
Regards to the folks, my favorite peoples.

LOL, you have such a knack for finding the best graphics. ;)

Agreed. I was in the basement when Gloria passed over. The noise is something that I will not forget. After it passed, I went out to look and sure enough 7 trees were down. One miraculously fell behind my brand new car with 200 miles on it. Of course I couldn’t drive it because the a couple of trees blocked the driveway. I was without power for a week. Pretty exciting time. Heated water for a bath on the barbecue grill.

Goodness sakes NYA that was quite an experience. Oh having power of for so long is so trying. Many people in our city did experience loss of power. Oh my, the heating water thing! Yikes!
Well, I called cable services again, I learned the damage is far reaching almost to Albany, and many miles North, and South.
I did not talk to a human, only got instructions to punch numbers, so no new reporting can go in. They are supposed to be working on it.
To: Soaring Feather
Did they tell you that it will be any day now before your cable is repaired?

I suspect I might be attracting them. I alter all of the pix I post and some of them get complete makeovers.

Nope, just said they were working on it. What is strange a neighbor in the next block said there was a cable rolled up and left hanging. They thought it was tv cable.
The odd thing is my internet is working fine and the tv in the bedroom is working fine, it just this box thing that is messed up. I noticed yesterday before the storm hit the cable was acting weird there was a time delay between voice and picture. Hard to say how large and widespread the damage is.
To: Lady Jag
LOL so most of them are LJ altered originals then. ;)
They just talk to you.
To: Soaring Feather
Is the TV in the bedroom connected to the cable service?

Yes, they speak to me. Don’t tell anybody, though, okay? It’s just between you and me.
